Reason for the sudden interruption of live cast of 'The Call' event

Jamiyyath Salaf Officials met with M.N.B.C senior officials yesterday to clarify the reason for the sudden interruption of live cast of 'The Call' event through TVM. According Mohamed Sobah, the General Secretary of Jamiyyath Salaf, the reason is very clear. "They had a technical failure that lead to the problem. We were explained very clearly by Mr. Khaleel, when, where and what went wrong. The rumors are all false. I would also like to thank M.N.B.C for their interest towards our event and we look forward to watch the day-2 of the event soon on TV." said Mr. Sobah. |

As broadcasting rights were given to the M.N.B.C, we webcasted last event also via there broadcasting. M.N.B.C says they could not live the event tonight according to a technical error. So the event will not be lively webcasted in this website. Sorry for any inconvenience. |

Final event of the day

Dr. Abu Ameena's final event of the day was held in Alimas Carnival, where he gave a lecture on the topic 'Ilsam and Modenism'. After the lecture there was a Question and Answer session, he answered the questions asked by the audiance. This event was continued from 20:45 till 23:00. |

MNBC acquires exclusive broadcasting rights of ‘The Call’ event

Jamiyyath Salaf had signed an agreement with Maldives National Broadcasting Co-operation (MNBC) to broadcast ‘The Call with Dr.Bilal Philips’ live on TVM and VOM both 8th and 9th of August. The contract was signed by Mr. Ibrahim Khaleel, Managing Director of MNBC and Mr.Mohamed Sobah, General Secretary of Jamiyyath Salaf. According to Mr.Khaleel, the objective of live casting of this event is to assist Jamiyyath Salaf to reach all corners of Maldives and provide media assistance to such a big event. |
‘The Call’ event jagaha opens

The Call event jagaha is officially open at H.Unihiya (near Tep Hardware, Janavaree Magu). The purpose of this jagaha is to create a center for all volunteers to meet, socialize and get updates about the event activities. |
